Dartmouth Health Children’s is pleased to reintroduce one of the most powerful and magical - fundraisers for child health: Storybook Ball. On Saturday, November 16th 2024 at Labelle Winery in Derry, New Hampshire community leaders, philanthropists and friends of Dartmouth Health Children’s will unite to raise critical funds to help kids throughout our region lead their happiest, healthiest lives.
Join us for The Storybook Ball an event filled with wizardry, spells and enchantment. From the moment of arrival through cocktail hour, a multi-course dinner, entertainment, an exclusive auction and more, guests will be immersed in an experience that inspires, awes and creates impact.

Fully integrated in Dartmouth Health and anchored for more than 30 years by the Children’s Hospital at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center (CHaD), Dartmouth Health Children’s promotes health, advances knowledge, and delivers the best patient and family-centered care for infants, children, and adolescents across New Hampshire and Vermont.
As the primary pediatric partner of the Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth, Dartmouth Health Children’s conducts groundbreaking research and educates the next generations of health professionals. Our specialists care for the most critically injured and ill pediatric patients regardless of their ability to pay.

2024 STORYBOOK BALL HONOREE: Nick Vailas
Passion and dedication are just two of the words used to describe this year’s honoree, Nick Vailas. A steadfast supporter of child health and of Dartmouth Health Children’s mission, Nick has had a remarkable impact on the lives of children and families in our region. By creating and championing the annual NH East-West All-Star Football Game, Nick has helped to raise $3 million for Dartmouth Health Children’s and has inspired young athletes across the state to participate in the act of charity.
